  3. Your personal data is required for reservations and invoicing according to §11 of the Value Added Tax Act (if the invoice is issued in your name and address). We also use your data to maintain an information service about offers of our products and to guarantee a personal service.
  4. Your personal data is stored on our IT system with the greatest possible care.
  5. Your personal data is generally not passed on to third parties. However, invoicing is handled via automated systems carried out by the so-called processor. The processors are bound by the provisions of the GDPR. They may only process the data for the specified purpose and not use it in any other way.
  6. For reasons of individual customer service, your personal data will be stored as long as we can assume that we can welcome you again as a customer. According to the Value Added Tax Act, however, at least 7 years.
  7. If you register for our newsletter, we use your data for direct advertising/information. You can object to this processing at any time. Please contact us directly for this.
  8. You have the right to request information about your stored personal data at any time via the contact details of the responsible person. Furthermore, you have the right to correction or deletion or restriction of processing or the right to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
  9. You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority, which is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
