Your order will be delivered by DPD courier service.
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days.
Please make sure to provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. Also, include a phone number where the courier can reach you if needed.
You’ll receive delivery updates via email at the address you provided during checkout.
When your package arrives, please check the contents for any visible damage while the courier is present. If you notice any issues, ask the courier to document it in a delivery report and send it to us by email — we can only investigate problems if a report is provided.
